Blackmores天然葉酸片每天提供500mcg的葉酸，在備孕期前一個月及懷孕期間每日服用，可以有效幫助寶寶腦部和脊柱的發育，降低胎兒先天缺陷的風險，如脊柱裂或無腦畸形。

葉酸也可以幫助寶寶維持正常的血液循環。胎兒的形成增加了母親對葉酸的需求，在懷孕期間通常會出現葉酸缺乏的情況。
建議在懷孕前至少一個月開始補充葉酸，並在懷孕期間補充葉酸，可降低未出生胎兒神經管缺陷的發生率。

服用方法：
